One of India's largest IT consulting and service provider needed a partner to their improve PM capability across 10 business units and a community of 5000 Project Professionals.

The competitive landscape in the IT Services Industry was shifting to large sized contracts/engagements. What's more, fixed-bid projects were becoming the norm with international clients. This called for an initiative to develop new enterprise wide capabilities.

i2m designed and developed a blended, intelligence-based PM learning solution to develop PM knowledge and capabilities touching the community across the globe.

A series of customized interventions on Program Management, Project Management, Project Management Office and defining organization specific methodologies in project as well as Program Management are currently being addressed.

I2m researched available PM maturity framework and a customized workshop was delivered to choose between the various PM Maturity Models to integrate with their existing CMM initiative. The intervention included detailed walk through of selected PM Maturity models with a high level and pilot assessment conducted to facilitate hands on experience on the Models.
